These adorable teddy bears are the twins, Harry & Hannah featured in the childrens story book Harry & Hannah The Christmas Adventure, by Chris Herrington. They are all dressed up for their North Pole Adventure. These were originally released in 2001 to the general public and quickly sold out. This set is very rare.
